The monthly contest encourages Ken-Tool end users to flaunt their tire changing and mechanical skills by recording themselves in a short product demonstration video. The video can then be easily uploaded to a dedicated website, www.www.kentool.com/videocontest, and every month, one winner will be selected to win $500.00 in cash based on their skill, originality and performance.
“We offer hundreds of unique tire-changing and automotive hand tools, and most of these products have a multitude of applications,” explained Rock Tyson, Ken-Tool Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This contest is designed to show the endless versatility and quality of our tools, and we’re really looking forward to sharing the many creative ways they’re used by people across the country.”
The winning videos will be featured on Ken-Tool’s YouTube channel and company website, and could potentially be used in future commercial advertisements. The first video submission deadline is June 30, and the first winner will be announced on July 15, 2010.
