Handy tool to assist truckers in maintaining inner dual tire air pressure.
Akron, Ohio – (May 23, 2012) – Ken-Tool®, the leader in tire service hand tools, now offers truckers and truck service technicians a very handy tool to maintain truck tire pressures, particularly on the inner duals. Designed by a professional trucker, the new Ken-Tool 29995 ValveCapper™ tool provides a 2-in-1 product to easily remove tire valve stem caps, especially on the difficult to reach inner dual valve stems. It also can quickly remove and reinstall valve cores from the valve stems.
The ValveCapper tool is 11-1/2 inches long, with a fiberglass shaft covered with a durable polymer coating. It is designed for use with metal stem caps typically used on truck valve stems. One end is inserted over the valve cap, the flexible tip holding it for removal and reinstallation. The opposite end features a valve core removal tool to conveniently service a damaged valve core. The long shaft allows easy two-handed removal and reinstallation of the valve core in the stem. In addition to convenient access to the inner dual valve stems, it eliminates dropping valve stem caps.
The Ken-Tool 29995 ValveCapper is available in an attractive 25-piece retail counter sales display. The tool is priced at $11.95 (MSRP).
Ken-Tool products are available through leading tire industry supply distributors worldwide.
