Ken-Tool’s Earthmover Cages—models T120 (PN 36020), T111 (PN 36011), and T112 (PN 36012)—are designed for safe and effective inflation of large Earthmover and agricultural tires. Built from heavy-duty steel and engineered to meet OSHA regulation 29-CFR Part 1910.177, these cages protect technicians, equipment, and facilities from the dangers of tire and rim explosions during inflation. All three models feature welded steel construction, high-strength mesh to diffuse blast force, and are built for long service life in mining, construction, and agricultural industries. When working with tubeless or multi-piece rims, these Earthmover Cages are an essential safety tool for any tire service shop.

T120 7-Bar Cage (PN 36020): A space-efficient solution for large tires, this cage fits up to 76″ tall by 32″ wide and weighs 488 lbs. Ideal for Earthmover and agricultural applications where shop space is limited.

T111 10-Bar Cage (PN 36011): This mid-sized model accommodates tires up to 90.5″ tall and 42″ wide. With a 10-bar construction and a weight of 820 lbs, it’s built for rugged, frequent use in heavy equipment service environments.

T112 12-Bar Cage (PN 36012): The largest in the series, designed for maximum capacity—fitting tires up to 99.5″ tall and 54″ wide. At 1,100 lbs, it delivers unmatched durability and protection for the most demanding Earthmover tire jobs.
