reCore® TPMS Sensor Saver System

The reCore® TPMS Sensor Saver System allows technicians to repair corroded TPMS valve stems without removing the tire or replacing the entire sensor. Most TPMS sensor failures result from galvanic corrosion, which previously required full sensor replacement, wheel rebalancing, and TPMS reprogramming. With the reCore® system, service techs can drill out the corroded core, tap new threads, and install a new corrosion-proof valve stem in just 10 to 15 minutes. The process requires no TPMS module reset and eliminates the need to dismount the tire. Proven in extensive all-season testing, the system is a fast, cost-effective, and profitable solution.
